Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the WordPress hosting and maintenance services provided by Brandsquad OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Service Scope
We provide WordPress maintenance and hosting services for presentation websites and WooCommerce shops. If we host your website, we make a backup every day and keep it for 30 days. In cases where you use your own hosting provider, you are solely responsible for website backups.
Payments and Refunds
Payments are accepted on a monthly, yearly, or service provided basis.
You can cancel a plan at any time by email to [email protected]. A monthly plan stops at the end of the month you paid for, with no refund for that month.
Refunds are available only for yearly payments. Refunds consist solely of future services that have not yet been provided and will be canceled accordingly.
Liability
We do not assume liability for issues beyond the scope of our maintenance and hosting services, and we extend the liability and service agreements from our providers (the list of providers is found on the homepage footer under the Robots section). Any downtime or disruptions arising from external factors are not our responsibility.
Privacy
Our practices for handling your personal data are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
