How it starts

  1. You pay for a plan with Stripe.
  2. Within 1 business day, we email you and ask for an admin account on your website. We never ask for your password.
  3. We check the website and send you a short report. Then the plan starts.

What the plan covers

We fix anything that breaks: errors after updates, broken plugins, server problems. New features, content changes and design changes are not part of the plan. For that work, we send you a quote before we start.

If we host your website, we make a backup every day and keep it for 30 days. A restore is included. If you use another host, backups are your job.

How to cancel

Email us at [email protected]. A monthly plan stops at the end of the month you paid for. A yearly plan stops when you ask, and we refund the months you did not use. The full rules are in the terms.

Is your website covered?

Type the address of your website. We tell you if it is on a websquad maintenance plan, and if its PHP version has the PHP2Shell fix.

PHP2Shell is a pair of critical flaws in PHP, found in October 2026 (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619). The check reads only the PHP version that your website shows in its response headers. It does not test the flaw.
